申请人在境外旅游机构担任管理的职位，同时申请人在2008年和朋友一起合伙投资了一家咖啡店，有过3年多的餐饮行业的管理经验，后来由于自身工作的繁忙以及餐饮行业的不景气关闭了该生意。申请人对餐饮行业感兴趣，希望过去能买一个现成的咖啡店来经营。源盛团队经过充分讨论和比较客户的情况后，指导客户去加盟当地一个著名的咖啡连锁品牌，并让客户主动联系对方加盟商，参与到申请的实际过程中来。在申请过程之中，移民官提出了很多问题，主要是关于客户对于新生意的了解程度以及对方加盟商所能够给出的支持提出了疑问，结合客户的个人情况，源盛团队指导客户提供了充分的补充材料来说明了该生意的可行性，最后申请获得移民官的认可并顺利批下来。
