Your ApplicationWe enclose the following documents: Application for Residence – Investor (Investor 2 Category) (INZ 1166), you must fully complete this form, Investor (Investor 2 Category) Guide (INZ 1164), to help you fill in the application form, Medical and Chest X-Ray Certificate (INZ 1007) forms for yourself, your partner, and/or dependent child(ren) (if applicable) which must be completed and submitted with your application.Medical Certificates are required for each applicant. However the ‘Chest X-Ray Certificate’ portion of the form does not need to be completed for children under the age of 11 years or for pregnant women,

The application fee for making an application under the Investor (Investor 2) Category is NZ$4,100 if applying from within New Zealand and NZ$3,990 if offshore.

In your residence application you will need to confirm that the information which you provided in your EOI is still true and correct.Please indicate clearly in Section M ’Total points and amendments or new information’ of the application form if you wish to add to, or change, the information you supplied as part of your EOI.

Also use Section M ‘Total points and amendments or new information’ if you wish to include a partner and/or child(ren) in your residence application, who were not included in your EOI. Provide their details, as well as an explanation why they were not included in your EOI. Please refer to the Investor (Investor 2) Category Guide (INZ 1164) for information about what documentation you need to provide to support the claims you have made in your EOI.
