案例简介：北京J小姐，在一家贸易公司担任副总经理职位，公司主要经营珠宝和翡翠；投资移民250万纽币财富积累主要从公司的分红、房产增值中获得。

申请人做的是投资2类移民的申请。现行的投资移民新政策是2009年07月29日推出的，需要申请人满足：1）拥有相当于250万新西兰元（人民币1250万）的资产，能够投资新西兰元150万到新西兰。2）有3年或以上的经商经历 3）有英文雅思 3分的水平，获批时，申请人全家一步到位取得居留权（RV）。（带有条件），只要保持投资在新西兰境内4年，主申请人在后3年每年在境内居住146天，条件就会取消，届时，申请人获得无条件的永久居留权（PRV）。这个居留永久有效，也没有任何居住要求（全世界西方福利国家中新西兰**）。

个案所花时间：从递交材料到获得原则性批准用时7个多月的时间。

10月12日接到江先生亲自打来的电话，通知我的投资2类移民获得了原则性批准信，这个消息对于我来讲可以算是一个惊喜！由于申请过程的种种波折，我几乎认为我的申请是没有可能实现的任务了，所以这个结果真的可以说是来之不易的。
