WF5.1 Who is eligible for a special work visa and/or permit

Unless WF5.5 applies, partners of:

people granted student visas and/or permits to study for a qualification in an area of absolute skill shortage as specified in the Long Term Skill Shortage List (see Appendix 6), or

people granted student visas and/or permits to study towards postgraduate qualifications,

may apply for and be issued or g

符合以下其中一项的新西兰就读学生，其配偶可申请特殊工作签证

1.就读紧缺专业（见我司网站短缺工种列表）

的大专或者本科学历的学生

2.就读硕士学历的学生
